Part-Time Teaching Pools

Seattle Colleges encourages individuals interested in teaching part-time to submit their materials to the relevant part-time teaching pools. Part-time teaching pools are open for one year. If you are selected for an interview out of a part-time teaching pool, the college will contact you. Specific teaching assignments will be dependent on the instructor's background, scheduling, and available courses.

Individuals submitting materials to the part-time teaching pool should be willing to teach in a variety of formats such as in-class, hybrid, online and varied class times including days, evenings, and weekends according to program needs.

Seattle Colleges has implemented a provisional hold on all current job postings. 

This hold, effective Thursday, January 16, 2025, is in response to recommendations made by the governor regarding budgetary constraints and an internal effort to ensure the institution’s continued stability and success.
