Strategic Planning Steering Committee

This committee will guide the development of a comprehensive and equity focused strategic and action plan. While providing guidance and oversight, the committee will ensure that the new plan reflects a common purpose, vision, and goals that can be achieved over time. All the work through the planning process will be done in close collaboration with the Logistics Committee and other internal and external stakeholders. 

Committee members were selected with an attentive focus on ensuring diversity and wide, inclusive representation from across our colleges. Each member of the committee has agreed to take part in this important work, and we welcome their perspectives and expertise.

Timeline

The committee’s work will span from Fall 2023 to Fall 2024.

Committee Expectations

• Provide guidance and/or input to the Logistics Committee
• Monitor the Strategic Planning process
• Approve new sub-committees as appropriate
• Review and approve deliverables
• Provide recommendations to the Chancellor’s Cabinet
