District Finance and Operations Reorganization Plan

This page provides information about the 2023 Reorganization Plan for Seattle Colleges’ District Finance and Operations Department and College Business Offices.

The executive summary details the reorganization plan. The structural document includes new and old organization charts, including historic organization charts to help employees understand the past and current context.

This reorganization plan is designed to unify the District Finance and Accounting Team as well as the District Purchasing Team. It will also realign the Business Office Teams, including the Cashiering Teams, across our three colleges. The plan has been developed over the last two years districtwide.
