Phases of this initiative include:

3. Information Campaign
4. Implementation

Transition Project Phases and Possible Timeline

Please note, the timeline for phases 3, 4, and 5 is tentative as it is dependent on a successful phase 2. In order to finalize the phase 3 information campaign and move to phase 4 implementation, good solutions to identified issues need to be developed. This includes offering easy-to-use support resources and reference information to students so they know how to set up and use their @seattlecolleges.edu email account. Phase 2 may also continue into the implementation phase as unanticipated issues may arise. 

The Phase 3 information campaign will continue through the implementation and refinement phases and after, eventually becoming part of day-to-day support and general awareness.
