Charge

Move the acceptance letter from the state system to the CRM and make email address a mandatory field on the application form.

Status

ctcLink may negate our need to move the application acceptance letter from the state system. The functionality will be improved with ctcLink giving us the ability to include links, etc.

Email will also become a mandatory field in the ctcLink admission application.

As long as we continue to receive application data from ctcLink (as we do now from HP), our current CRM message structure will support the state automated system.

We worked in concert with the colleges’ registrars this quarter to write the new automated messages that a student will receive in the following scenarios:

  • Starting an application, but not completing it
  • Completing an application
