This course will teach you how to use the basic tools in Canvas, our Learning Management System (LMS), and introduce you to some of the pedagogical and personal benefits of using this system. This is a basic-skills training course designed with you, the faculty, and the success of your students, in mind. Canvas can be a great tool for building, organizing, and running your course and engaging your students. Canvas can also be used across instructional modalities, whether you're teaching a fully online, asynchronous course or a web-enhanced or hybrid in-person course.

1. Understand accessibility principles and the tools in Canvas to create an inclusive course.
    
2. Construct a personalized Canvas shell and an organizational structure for your course.
