Hi, I’m Jessica, and I use she/her pronouns! My career has been shaped by a strong commitment to equity and accessibility, deeply inspired by my deaf mother, who has always been my hero. This passion further took root during my work in adaptive recreation and grew through roles in public health, program management, and disability advocacy. I’ve had the privilege of leading initiatives that prioritize inclusivity, from improving workplace communication strategies to expanding access to healthcare services. Beyond work, I find joy in the outdoors, getting creative with cooking, and unwinding with my cat, Rio.
