NUMBER: 478.10-.20
TITLE: Emeritus Status - Administrative Employees
478.01 Individuals or groups requesting that emeritus status be bestowed upon a retiring District administrative employee shall submit to the Chancellor's Office a written nomination of said individual. The submitted material shall include a biography of the nominee with other supporting information relating to the request.
478.02 The Chancellor's Executive Cabinet or an ad hoc committee designated by the Chancellor shall upon review of this submitted material make a recommendation to the Chancellor who, if in agreement, shall submit the nominee for Board of Trustee consideration of emeritus status.
