Seattle College District is committed to the responsible management of financial resources. Seattle College District will assign responsibilities and authority and will adopt procedures in support of that commitment. The primary objective of the Seattle College District budget allocation process shall be an equitable distribution of resources to the major operating units. It shall be the responsibility of the campus to budget allocated resources within their units in a manner as to provide the instructional and support activities that best achieve the planned levels of student enrollment and services.
