TITLE: OTHER EXEMPT LEAVES OF ABSENCE

Seattle College District shall provide government service, parental, and personal leaves for exempt employees. Upon return from an approved leave, SCD agrees to re-employ the recipient in the same position or comparable position, and at a salary no less than the salary received upon approval of leave, provided that the recipient confirmed the intention to return at least 60 days prior to the expiration of the leave.
