TITLE: PERFORMANCE OF CIVIC DUTIES

This POLICY covers employees who are summoned or subpoenaed to perform civic duties. 

A leave of absence with pay will be granted to any employee who:

1. has been selected for jury duty;
2. must appear as a witness in a trial; or
3. must exercise other civic duties.
