Seattle College District will provide access to the district electronic information to employees as needed to perform job duties. In the process of providing this access, the district will ensure such access is appropriate and controlled. Employees accept access with the understanding that information is to be treated as confidential and used to fulfill job duties only. Information will not be accessed nor distributed inappropriately. Public information requests will be responded to in accordance with Policy 254.
