Guide Our Efforts in Creating a More Inclusive, Equitable Learning Community

Are you a passionate leader committed to creating inclusive environments and enhancing equity in higher education? We are searching for three dedicated executive directors to lead the Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Community (EDIC) offices at our three colleges. 

As an executive director for EDIC, you will be at the forefront of our evolving anti-bias, anti-racist mission. You will work closely with the associate vice chancellor of EDIC and the college president, providing oversight, support, and leadership to students and employees. Your work will play a critical role in fostering a culture of belonging and ensuring that every community member feels valued.
