PROJECT TITLE: Tax Advisory & Preparation Consulting Services
The Seattle Colleges (hereafter generally referred to as the Purchaser) is seeking responses from prospective Contractors who are consulting firms with expertise in public/private partnership financing of capital improvement projects where federal tax credits are an element of the capital stack. The desired scope of work will include pre-development advice and counsel on the structure of the partnership, as well as assistance in preparing federal tax filings.
