Blast Booth

The Seattle Colleges (hereafter generally referred to as the Purchaser) is seeking responses from prospective Contractors to acquire a Blast Booth for the Finishing Trades Institute of Northwest (FTINW). A blast booth is a specialized enclosed environment designed for abrasive blasting operations. It is a contained environment allowing for our industrial students to have a chance to practice their skills for their state certifications in a controlled environment.

The Purchaser’s e-mail boxes can accept emails that total less than 30MB in size. Proposers are cautioned to keep email sizes to less than 25MB to ease delivery. Zipped files cannot be accepted. Seattle Colleges will only accept electronic submittals in response to this RFP. Proposals that do not conform to the requirements specified herein may be rejected.

Specialty Meat Products Supplier

The Seattle Colleges (hereafter generally referred to as the Purchaser) is seeking responses from prospective Contractors to provide high-quality specialty meat products for Seattle Central College Culinary Academy and Auxiliary Services, South Seattle College Culinary Arts Program including the food court and fine dining restaurant, Alhadeff Grill, and South Seattle College events and catering services.

PROJECT TITLE: Tax Advisory & Preparation Consulting Services

The Seattle Colleges (hereafter generally referred to as the Purchaser) is seeking responses from prospective Contractors who are consulting firms with expertise in public/private partnership financing of capital improvement projects where federal tax credits are an element of the capital stack. The desired scope of work will include pre-development advice and counsel on the structure of the partnership, as well as assistance in preparing federal tax filings.
