Seattle Colleges Cards are issued to all Seattle College students who receive financial aid.

With the Seattle Colleges Card you have three options to receive your financial aid refund:
Your Seattle Colleges Card will be mailed by BankMobile to your home address in a bright green envelope. To avoid any delays,
visit seattlecollegescard.com as soon as you receive your Seattle Colleges
Card to activate it and select your refund preference.

You have three options to select how you wish to receive your financial aid refund disbursement. Your selection is called
your "refund preference" – keep in mind that you must choose one.

1. BankMobile Vibe account
The BankMobile Vibe account is a checking account that you open with BankMobile and is linked to your Seattle Colleges Card. With the BankMobile Vibe account you
can use your Seattle Colleges Card for purchases anywhere that Debit MasterCard is accepted.
If you choose this option, your refund disbursement is available the following business day after the Seattle Colleges sends the funds
to BankMobile. This is the first day of each quarter for students that have an active award, are in good academic standing and finalized
their class schedule one week prior to the quarter start date.
There may be fees associate with the BankMobile Vibe account, including PIN based transaction fees. Use the "swipe and sign" method when making
purchases: swipe your card, select the "credit" option and sign your receipt. Review the BankMobile Fee Schedules to learn more about potential
fees associated with the BankMobile Vibe account and its services.
You are not required to select the BankMobile Vibe account to receive your financial aid refund. You only have to open the BankMobile Vibe account if you wish to have
your refund on your Seattle Colleges Card.
2. Transfer to Your Existing Checking Account
You may request to electronically deposit your financial aid refund disbursement to your existing bank account. Visit
seattlecollegescard.com when you receive the card and select Automated Clearinghouse (ACH)
Transfer during the card activation process. There is no charge for receiving your refund this way. You will have to complete, print and send
(by mail or fax) an ACH Transfer form to BankMobile.
If you choose this option, your refund will be deposited in your bank account within 2-3 business days after the Seattle Colleges sends the
funds to BankMobile.
3. Paper Check
You may request to have your financial aid refund disbursement issued in a paper check. Visit seattlecollegescard.com when you receive the
card and select paper check during the activation process.
Checks are mailed by BankMobile to your address on file at the campus you receive your financial aid from (Central, North, South, or SVI) 5-7
business days after the Seattle Colleges sends the funds to BankMobile.

The Seattle Colleges Card is issued to all students who receive financial aid after completing their financial aid files. The debit card is sent by mail to the address on file at the college making the award (Central, North, South, or SVI).

You can track your card status online at www.seattlecollegescard.com using the "Where's My Card" feature. You may also visit the Financial Aid Office for assistance in tracking your card.
BankMobile notifies you by email and/or text message alert when your refund has been processed by BankMobile into your BankMobile Vibe account. You can also check your account balance online at www.seattlecollegescard.com
You have two options when making purchases with the Seattle Colleges Card: selecting "credit" or "debit." Both options draw money from your BankMobile Vibe account.
When you select the credit option you will be asked to sign your receipt instead of entering your PIN. By selecting the credit option you will not be charged the $.50 PIN transaction fee.
Purchases made using the debit option are subject to the $.50 PIN transaction fee.
The BankMobile Vibe account is a free checking account service from BankMobile. Review the BankMobile Vibe account information online at www.seattlecollegescard.com for more details.
You are not required to open the BankMobile Vibe account. You can choose to have your financial aid refund deposited into your current checking account or have a paper check mailed to your home address.
If you choose the BankMobile Vibe account, you can use the card anywhere that Debit MasterCard is accepted. There are fees for PIN-based transactions (see Fee Schedule). To avoid fees, select the "credit" option. In most cases, you will be asked to sign a receipt when you make purchases with the card.
If you lost your Seattle Colleges Card, you can request a replacement card at www.seattlecollegescard.com under the Customer Service drop down menu. You will be charged a $20 replacement fee.
The debit card must be activated in order to select your refund preference. BankMobile will not be able to disburse your financial aid refund if you do not activate the card.
You are not charged to receive your refund, regardless of your refund preference. If you select the BankMobile Vibe account you will not be charged for standard banking services such as zero minimum balance, online bill pay, check writing, etc.
However, there are fees for other services such as wire transfers, PIN based transaction fees, etc. Read the BankMobile Fee Schedule carefully to learn about potential fees and how to avoid being charged.

Yes, you can update your refund preference at any time online at www.seattlecollegescard.com. Select "Financial Refunds" then "Refund Preferences" from the main menu to update your refund selection.
